Abraham was a member of the Amish community of Paradise. Under the influence of the Scarecrow Probe he committed suicide by locking himself inside a cold storage room until he froze to death.
The butterfly that flew out of his corpse's mouth gave William Boone, Lili Marquette and Dr. Elijah Good a clue that helped to solve the case of the mysterious suicides.
