Harry "Doc" Kloor is a scientist and the only person to earn two PhDs simultaneously. He holds PhDs in both physics and chemistry. He frequently contributes to film and television as a science consultant.
Dr. Kloor served as a science consultant and producer on the first season of Earth: Final Conflict but was uncredited in these positions. He also wrote the episode, "Scorpions Dream."
Kloor also wrote or co-wrote several episodes of Star Trek: Voyager.
