Peter was one of three thieves hired by the Taelons to steal plutonium from the Granite Canyon Nuclear Plant as part of a complex plot to test William Boone's loyalty. When the thieves attempted to escape at the Metro Transit Station, Peter briefly took Elyse Chapel hostage and Boone was forced to kill him with a Skrill blast.
