Philip Hart was an astronaut from the United Kingdom. He was part of the scheduled IASA mission to Mars with Paul Chandler and Frauke Manheim. When the mission was cancelled, he assisted Chandler with the theft of a Taelon Shuttle so they could run the mission on their own.
The mission was a success and Hart planted a UK flag on Mars.
